The breakfast selection was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the event we were attending was on time and made getting there easy. Plus, the location was very convenient for getting around the city.

the room was not properly cleaned and we found dirty towels and sheets. This really put a dampener on our xmas experience and ruined our overall impression of the hotel.
